1986-1987 Studio Basson, Tel Aviv and Old Jaffa, producer of works of art. Since 1987 Uri helps in the studio, which is a family buisness.
1992 Founder and General Manager, GeoSense Environmental & Engineering Geophysical Center Ltd. Main specialty: GPR and shallow geophysical investigations, surveys and research.

Supervision: Prof. Zvi Ben-Avraham, Department of Geophysics & Planetary Sciences, Tel Aviv University, with a cooperation of Prof. Arie Isar, Jacob Blaustein Institute for Desert Research, Ben-Gurion University.

Title of thesis: Imaging of active fault zone in the Dead Sea Rift: Evrona Fault Zone as a case study. Professional Experience

Planning, managing and carrying out interdisciplinary projects in which non-destructive testing and applied geophysical methods which are combined for applications in geology, engineering geology, neotectonics, geohydrology, environment and archeology. Professional specialty: GPR investigations.

Scientific award

1998 Scientific award from the Israel Mineral Science and Engineering Association, the Forth Conference, Israel 50th Anniversary, 14-16 December 1998. The award was given for the study "Mapping of moisture content and structure of unsaturated sand layers with ground penetrating radar" submitted for the degree of M.Sc., and for fruitful applied works and researches that served the engineering community.
